Who is behind it
PANDR is led by Daud Zulfacar in Berlin — as an operator, not an agency.
I co-founded license.rocks, a platform for digital licensing: Deep Tech Award Berlin 2020, Top 10 at the Deutscher Gründerpreis 2020. For years it dealt with the question that hits every AI team today: who may do what with which content, which data, which code — and can you prove it?
Since then I have worked in and with startups, corporates and public-sector organizations. As President of BerChain, I have direct access to Berlin's deep-tech and blockchain ecosystem. With ProofMeta, I'm building the machine-readable answer to the rights question.

What does working together look like?
Usually an ongoing engagement over several months, a focused workshop, or sparring on a concrete initiative. The entry point is a short call — after that, both sides know whether it fits.
What happened to the AI readiness check?
The public beta check has been discontinued. Its learnings feed into ProofMeta and the engagement work. Clarifying AI usage, data risks and output rights remains part of the work — get in touch.
