Privacy Policy
1. Privacy at a glance
General information
This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or contact us. Personal data means any information that can identify you personally.
This website does not use cookies, tracking, or analytics. Data is processed only where necessary to operate the site, handle contact requests, or when you choose to use linked external services.
2. Data controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website within the meaning of the GDPR is:
Pandr UG
Solmsstraße 38
10961 Berlin, Germany
Email: kontakt@blockchainberlin.de
3. Data collection on this website
No cookies, tracking, or analytics
We do not use cookies, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), or comparable user tracking on this website. No consent banners for marketing or statistics cookies are required because such technologies are not deployed here.
Contact form (Web3Forms)
When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, and message. The purpose is to handle your inquiry and communicate with you.
Transmission is handled technically by Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com). Web3Forms forwards the message to us (recipient: daud@licenserocks.de). Web3Forms acts as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR to enable delivery.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract or to take steps at your request), where your inquiry relates to a specific business matter; otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries).
Web3Forms may process data on servers outside the EU/EEA (including the USA). Where transfers to third countries occur, Web3Forms relies on appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. See the Web3Forms privacy policy for details.
We retain inquiries from the contact form for as long as needed to process, follow up, and communicate, and delete them thereafter unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Email contact
If you contact us by email, we process the data contained in your message (e.g. name, email address, content) to handle your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR. We do not share this data with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
Hosting (Vercel)
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (domain: pandr.de). When you access the site, technically necessary connection data is processed, including IP address, time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system information, and status codes. Purpose: secure and reliable operation of the website.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a reliable web presence). Vercel may act as a processor; where processing occurs outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses). More information: Vercel Privacy Policy.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files transmitted by your browser when you visit a page. This may include:
- browser type and version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- hostname of the accessing device
- time of the server request
- IP address
We do not merge this data with other data sources. The hosting provider typically retains logs for a limited period (often up to about 30 days, depending on configuration), unless longer retention is required for security reasons.
Calendly (external link)
We link to Calendly (calendly.com) to book appointments. Calendly only becomes active when you click the link and use Calendly’s site. Calendly’s privacy policy then applies; Calendly processes booking data (e.g. name, email, appointment choice) as an independent controller. We have no control over processing on Calendly’s platform.
External links (GitHub, LinkedIn, ProofMeta)
Our website links to external services, including GitHub, LinkedIn, and proofmeta.com. When you click, you leave our site; the respective operators’ privacy policies govern data processing there.
4. Your rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
- Erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR)
- Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), where applicable
To exercise your rights, contact kontakt@blockchainberlin.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Right to lodge a complaint
Without prejudice to other remedies, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work, or place of the alleged infringement. For Berlin:
